60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in good condition

• Include all original accessories (if applicable)

• Be returned in appropriate packaging

To start a return, please contact us at support@heldda.com before sending your item back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos or a short video of the product

Once verified, we'll provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, you may still return your order within 60 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different color or need a replacement, please contact our customer support team.

We'll do our best to arrange an exchange based on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Gift cards

• Items intentionally damaged or misused

• Products returned more than 60 days after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
